Malt company Muntons has an unmatched selection of grain malts and liquid malt extracts. They provide their products to craft brewers, distillers and leading beer brands alike.

Muntons was founded in 1921 in the UK. Trading malt and grain since the 19th century, The Baker-Munton family saw that WW I and the Spanish flu pandemic left a high demand for malt extract. Together with the Wells family they started Munton & Baker.

Growing steadily through the years, Muntons kept expanding. They even opened offices in Singapore and the USA. Today they globally employ more than 300 people. The Wells family remains one of the strongest pillars of the company to this day.

The company is known for using clean label, plant- based ingredients. Furthermore they are strongly committed to sustainability. The objective is to minimise the impact of business activity on the environment wherever and whenever possible.
